It's TV... what % of shows today have any real educational value? Reality TV... Soap Opera's... It's all about entertainment and that kind of show entertains the 16 to 20 year old kids that are getting into cars and starting to modify them...

I think if he was REALLY worried about gas he would be driving a little Sprint or Firefly or Civic or something...

I'm thinking that he's happy that he has the very first sub that no one else has that EVERYONE on here and most kids are talking about right now.

I figured all along that the jackhammer would be more show then go.... MTX is all about the marketing, it would seem...

thats fine for some I guess... but I won't buy abahn cause its chromed out bling bling, and I don't think Id want to own a hummer H2 either....

cost vs performance plus factors like weight and ease of installation make this sub a waste of time for a serious audiophile IMHO.....

Id also contend that the sub wouldn't be a good candidate SPL competition because of its probabal high mms... but we'll have to see what happens in the lanes in years to come....

oh ya, pimp my ride is gehy

I would say that I want one, but I really don't. I wouldn't be able to fit it in my car. Looks cool though.

Wow, Mad Mike is so cool. I wish they would pimp my ride so all the ladiez could give me mad props.
Just looked at this thread today, and the other day I heard one kid telling his buddy a specific sub box would be as loud as a jet engine.

its just too bad that they claim that he is the first in the world to have such a huge sub in his car... maybe first to have a jackhammer... Kenwood and audiobahn each had a woofer over 30" and most likely a few others Ive forgotten about... I personally like that 34" Audiobahn in the back of a CRX

but props on the cool video anyways...I like the look on the kids face... I could almost smell the shiet in his pants when the stereo was turned up!
