lol wow, but yeah like these guys said. I did the big three and wired my whole car with 0awg. Cost me 400.00 with fuses and . If your gunna possibly one day upgrade weather it be this car or another do it in 0 awg. Its just better.

way too much $ for a big 3 upgrade!
i did my system in 1/0 for under $100 in parts and that includes the power/ground runs to the rear seat for amps and heat srink on everything!
$3.50 for 1/0 at Princes Auto x20 feet + $70 + Tax =$79.80
about $15 -$20 in ring terminals from Napa Auto Parts and some from Warden Auto Parts (Napa had limited supply). $5 a set of two (all copper terminals only).
Heat shrink was like $2 at a electronics store.
and labour was free, well because i work free when i work for me! hehe

oh and Father Yuli was offering this for $100 parts and all. (dont know if he is still offering at this price) well worth it if you cant do it yourself!

well seeing as this weekend was retarded adn i could get anything done, im ordering some 0gauge power wire to rerun to the back of my car and i will probably use my current 4gauge wire for the big 3(for now) until i can get more money for better wiring OR my new car thanks alot guys

sorry if you figured this out already but, i was just reading thru this, you say jl recomends a 100amp fuse and your wondering why your blowing 60 and 80 amp fuses??

Wiring is like a big circle, you should have the same guage all around. You are only as good as your weakest link.

No JL recommends a 80 amp fuse i believe for the HD and my audison has aa 15 amp on board but i now have the fuse problem sorted out, my power keeps cutting out after extended bass hits:| but thats just my wiring im looking to run 0gauge, i bought some 0gauge for big 3 now just to get some as my power wire and it should be all goodi ended up with a 100amp ANL fuse up front, a 80amp for the JL and a 20amp for my audison and havnt had any problems yet

I got some good 0/1 ga 2 X 15' black and 2 X 3' red pieces if interested. Send me a PM if you want any.
