On these cars where is the internal amp located? In my fuse box it has a 20 amp fuse for the amplifier? Was just curious becuase when you put in an aftermarket head unit does the sound go through this amp? or is it right from the amp in the head unit?

I am not 100% on the monsoon but I did find the fuse 20 amp for the external amp, so I would think there must be an amp there or why would they put a fuse there? As for my other question when the aftermarket Hu is hooked up is it going through the car amp as well or just straight from the Head unit?
