hey guys i got the audiobahn 1251X and its in a 1cu. ft. sealed 3/4" MDF box right now. at higher volume the sub sounds like it has distorion. cardomain.com reccomends 1cuft-2cuft sealed enclosure. should i just go and make a new box for 1.5cuft? by the way, about 150 watts is going into the sub. thanks

yes that is an option. but the volume which it distorts at is not very loud and is not really how i enjoy my music. is there any box size that would be more optimal than what i have now?

Might want to check the gain on your amp. You won't get the most out of your sub in a small sealed box. If your willing to make another box, go ported.
