1992 Acura Legend LS Bose question

I helped out a guy tonight with installing a deck in his 92 Legend with the Bose system. We wired directly to the speakers from his Panasonic deck, but I did a resistance check on one and it was reading about 2 ohms. The rear 6x9's were not visible through the trunk, looking underneath the rear deck. Would this have the 4 separate amps, and need to be rewired, for the setup to work correctly? It sounded decent off of deck power, but I am worried that the Bose system might cause some issues for the deck, as far as being too low of an impedance for the deck amp to drive. Thanks for any input!

you have to change the speakers, the impendece on the bose speakers is too low for normal aftermarket decks. you can get a harness to hook the deck up an use the bose amps with the new deck.

Where do you find these harnesses? They likely wouldn't be available for a 1993 Mercedes S Class? For a stock system, it is pretty good (11-speaker system with a 7-channel amp) but adding a deck would likely be a nightmare!
