hey guys.. new user here. looks like a great resource so hopefully someone can help me

years ago i got some jl comp vr components and after pulling them out of my acura i destroyed the little mounting baskets that were designed to hold the tweeters. i'd like to put them in my new car but i don't have these 'baskets' for the speakers to go into

basically i have a flush panel i wanna mount the tweets into, but they themselves have no means by which to sit there.. the old baskets had a clip, so when u slid it in the flush panel, they would clip in, and then uc ould put the tweet in the basket and the little wire mesh bit would seat neatly on top

hopefully this makes sense to someone.. and thanks in advance for any help
