i agree its all about the old school amps, my earthquake d2 slaps anything iv thrown at it with ease and is half the size of todays newer amps that "supposidly" put out the same power.

ive got my 12l7 runnin at 1 ohm off a lightning audio 2000 and its WAY over powered lol. be careful lol

so bottom line...should i run both of the 15's at 760rms each? or just run one at 1500 rms?? What would get me the most life out of my system, and the best sounding?

Yeah, I seriously wouldn't suggest running 1500RMS to one of them. I'd split it between the two. If the AMP really is putting out a real 1500RMS that sub is not going to last.

Yeah it will....... My buddie right now is running about 2000 wrms to 1 L7 15" hits 140 on the new mic with a musical box...... this ****er gets LOW!!!

We ran a pair of PG Tantrum 1200.1's when I was running two 15L7's and it worked nicely, they worked well off of one Cadence A7HC also.

Kicker recommends 1000 watts RMS to those. Like I said, I wouldn't suggest always running 1500RMS to one of them. Yeah, it may work when you try, but it's not gonna last. Use it as a daily driver pushing that much to it for a few months and we'll see...
