Most 200 amp alternators are going to be a custom build. Anyone that attempts to rewind one in the same size case is sniffing the smoke that is inevitably going to come from it. You just can't throw more widings, especially to get to this amperage into the same basic case and expect to maintain the same amount of heat. Stinger makes some great high output alternators, built from scratch specific to your vehicle. They are not listed on the Stinger website.
