Yeah, I like multiple component front ends too. For me one deck up front is just plain boring. I agree that Alpine should update the layouts to have the control ***** line up and also they should make the pxa-h701's controller able to vary it's colour like the high end decks.

I think Alpine developed the 700/701 controller back when their head units looked like that too - chicklets to the left of the volume ****.

Should polish the aluminum parts on the amps to match the baffle. Looks good though.

did you make the aluminum on a router table or send it out for some CNC action

made a template out of 1/2" mdf and then off the the cnc

why use the PXA-H701 processor control (CRUX-???)
when you can control the PXA-H701 from the IVA-D310?? it would get rid of some of the confusion i think

3 reasons, first to help fill the area left by the large factory radio, second the ivad310 sucks controlling the pxah701(to slow) and three, the owner likes the ruxc701 faceplate
