Cool 2002 Honda Accord front speakers

Hi all, not sure where I should’ve posted this, so forgive my ignorance (here or in install related). We’ve recently acquired a mint 2002 Honda Accord LX SE. Was going to just keep it for a short bit before upgrading to 2 vehicles (as my wife and I share it now), but decided to keep it for a bit longer, using the money we’d spend for better endeavors. As we've changed our minds about keeping it, I decided to upgrade the sound. So far, I’ve changed the rear 6x9s (yes I love my rear stage – Pioneer revs), H/U is a Pioneer 7100BT, amp is a Precision Power P900.4 and my last addition will be Massive audio CK6V5s to the fronts. Simple install, no sub as it’s more so my wife’s car and she puts any and everything in the trunk.
So here’s the problem. I’ve scoured online for documentation on running the wiring to the front doors for the front speakers and most forums/ articles suggest removing the actual doors (maybe the fender also to get the door out). That’s time I don’t have to expend on such a project. Is there any other easier way to run wires to the doors other than the above? I know I can use speaker harnesses and utilize the existing speaker wire, but the stock wires are very thin and I don’t know if it’ll do the speakers justice or even be able to accommodate the power. Would love to stay and look as stock as possible. Thanks in advance, any and all help is appreciated.

Yes Google is my best friend. I saw the same thread. Only thing is his model is an EX and mine is a LX SE. I don't have the same space as his does where the speaker harnesses are, there's a plastic case in that spot. Also my doors don't open as wide allowing me to manipulate the boot. Thank you though.

whoever says to remove the doors really has no idea, because if you do you will not be able to put them back with easy, you only have to remove the door panel itself, generally generation groups have similar mounting points, wiring etc so you can do a general search of honda accord and find your results, your model range is from 1998-2002 so any results for those vehicles will work
