The Auto window roll up and down does not work anymore. Its supposed to be move the switch half way for manual up or down control or move the switch fully and it will auto roll up or down.
I put new speakers in the front doors and in the rear deck. A 4 channel amp was also installed. Still have the factory radio installed. Remote turn on for the amp was taken from the remote turn on for the factory amp in the deck harness. This car has 2 harnesses that are similar in the factory radio.

Are you positive it worked before? I have seen on more than a few occasions were GM window switches suddenly stop working.

 

Yah customer mentioned that he thought it had happened before and then magically came back. Of course that's what happened here again. Thanx for the taking the time to reply!

 

I had the owner of a Canyon swear up and down that I buggered his power window switch. Thing is, I only put in an amp and sub - I didn't even touch the door! (My fault for not doing a proper pre-check ) Anyway, I told him to see the dealer and bring us the bill if necessary (truck was on warranty). I guess the morning he went to take it to the dealer the switch started working again but his power mirror switch quit! More junk from GM..

 

Use contact cleaner - insert forklift forks into side of GM and dunk into said solution for 20 - 30 minutes... if switch continues to not work insert 5 gallons of premium gasoline (evenly doused) and flick the headlight switch, as surely it will arc to ground and burn said vehicle to ground, thus decontaminating original problem if problem persists start at step 1
