you would get 1.333 ohm if you wired it that way.

the formula is,

1/[(1/ohm)+(1/ohm)]

so you'd get 1/[(1/4)+(1/2)] = 1/0.75 = 1.333

the way you'd wanna wire that is connecting all 3 coils together.
