Hell, my only real worry would be warranty support. But then if a set of Kappas cost the same as a set of banger Clarions or something then I'm not going to cry too hardly should they crap out eventually.

 

With the sheer numbers of people that are continually getting ripped off on E-bay, maybe that is also a good reason to support the guys who are here supporting you with the answers to your questions.....

in my 82 Scirocco I used Nakamichi plate speakers in the back, I have also had really good luck with the Rockford 4x6 and 5x7... they actually sound quite good for ovals.

 

I'm thinking I'm going to try and fit the plates up front. If they go in like I'm hoping then I should be able to put the stock grills back on (if I can find a set, that is).
