Any good 6.5" speakers that you guys would recommend? Around $300 price range, plan on eventually adding an amp to power them.. for now just running off the HU.

MB Quart or Focal. Good speakers you need to go out and listen to. If you like how they sound that is all that matters.

take your favorite cd and go listen to a bunch and see which you think sounds best. having people shout out a bunch of random brands will get you no where. everyone has their preferences.

all i would recomend is if your gonna amp them, an are willing to put in the extra work or extra install labour for components then do it, they sound way way better than coax. look for a set with atleast a 12db crossover.
