Until somebody does something about the soft parts of subs, what's it matter that it's got a huge ****ing magnet. Everyone throws way too much power to their subs and they rip them or split them or whatever the **** they do ... so really, why does it matter?

Actually the parts used on new T3 woofers have a one piece carbon fiber dustcap that covers the entire cone and the surrounds are incredibly tough. This t.s.n.s 10" was built purely for looks because with the motor being larger than the sub, its practically useless. (its kind of a screw you DC lvl5 haha)

Split baffle. The mounting face has to be 2 pieces

Wouldnt be that hard to mount, just do a double front baffle that you mount the sub to and do a cut up and down on the first one and side to side on the second one, PL + Lots of screws = Problem solved

With neo motors becoming more and more popular, these crazy woofers are really not worth the trouble anymore.

A neo motor about half the size would have the same force as this one.
