This might be a really stupid question to ask so I'm going to apologize in advance but I was looking at my manual for my alpine cda-9833 HU and on the cover it said it was the manual for both the 9833 and 9835. Does this mean that I could possibly put the 9835 faceplate on my deck and it would work ???

(I really wish I bought the 9835 but I couldnt afford $800 at the time)

 

Does anyone know where I can get just faceplates .. in my case I want the 9835 one obviously
