Make sure you are not wired down to 1 ohm cause your amp is not 1 ohm stable

I'm weird pos to pos and neg to neg then out that should give me 2 ohm right??

a dual two ohm sub can not have a final 2 ohm load. it will either be 4 ohm or 1 ohm. wire it like the second picture or you could risk ruining your amp.

With your current amp, you have to wire it for a final load of 4 ohms.

If want more power from your amp then you would have to get a dual 4 ohm sub.

If you want to keep the sub then you would have to change the amp and get one that would be stable down to one ohm.
