Alpine dealer with good pricing in Ontario?

hey man just my .02cents. go into the shop and get a quote on the product. most people on the phone will quote you a $ that everyone may be offering but if you their and they see ya interested to buy then they give ya a break on the $. this is in general. Not talking about number 1 sound store but all stores.
geez when i bought my type r subs way back when...granted they were 12's....cost at a local dealer (fairly small shop) was about $191cdn
$160 sounds like a pretty good deal...out here they're going for like $300 at most places (for 12's i'm sure 10's are a lil cheaper, but not that that much)

Pick a dealer, explain what you want and what you've gotten for prices so far and let them take care of you. You're not going to buy it over the phone so why even call? Be nice when you're there and remember that you're eventually going to need(or want) something else and you will have your own shop to deal with.

Well I'm going to Teletime and will see how
much I can haggle with them. If they treat me
well, they will get more service in the future.
After that, I will try the shop that's closer
to me and see what he can do in comparison to Teletime.

THey are a Alpine dealer .. so you get full warranty ...
If you want the best deal .. you just keep staying there for the longest time and keeeep bargaining .. they will go lower and lower and lower!
Also ... about 4 stores down .. theres a place called Younge Hi-Fi they carry clarion/JL audio/cerwin-vega/and such
They are dealers also and you could pull JL-Audio dirt cheap just like this Tele place!

why not go back to the place you bought your deck and tell him the prices you were quoted from these other places and see if he can match it .........if you keep buying your stuff from one place you develope a relationship with them and after a while you don't have to haggle much to get the good deals and they're usually willing to help out with other stuff as well [img]smile.gif[/img]

Welp, I visited Teletime and I kept buggin them
and they went as low as:
AMP: $249
Sub: $179
Actually they told me $500 tax included which
isn't a bad deal either. So I came back home
and went to Peel Audio (since it's really close
to me) and Peel wouldn't bargain with me and
told me to go with the $500 deal from Teletime.
However, he said to be very cautious of the
$500 deal.
I'll think this over more and finally go down to
Teletime and put a deposit or some **** in next
week. I'm gonna see if they can throw in a
amp install kit in the $500 package. [img]smile.gif[/img]
I just hate Yonge street though, damn traffic
and they went as low as:

THis is what is to be remembered .. Once you walk out you will never be able to return anything to them ...
They are an alpine dealer and give you a receipt thats all you need to show if u need to claim warranty ..
even if the type S is 140 .. you can bargagin down to a 100 lol..
