I'm looking for mounting kits for the 5957s CD Changer. I checked with Pacific Parts and according to the website, they are discontinued.

Can anyone inform me as to whether the newer changer models use the same brackets as the 5957s?

I'm really only interested in the "L" brackets that allow you to mount the changer so that its "standing up".

the newer chm series changers should have the same brackets you could probably order them from alpine
give them a call

actually, alpine doesnt deal that kinda stuff...You would have to call WC enterprises... Unfortunatly, im away from home, or id go find a # for you.

They were no help. I'm going to try some dealers. Anybody online that can help me out? I need two sets (I have two changers).

Well, they are sold out of brackets for the 5957S:

BUT

These guys have them for the 5952 and "I think" they're the same thing: www.pacparts.com and search for parts for the 5952.
