Question Alpine IVA-W205 or Pioneer AVH-P3200DVD

So, I have a new beater and don't want to put too much money on it. I'm on tight budget because I don't think my alero is worth more lol!

My setup might look like this:

Passive CDT HD-6 with PPI DCX 2007 pro xover and tweeter
either buy a set of 6x9 and use it as mini-sub or bridge my 2 channel and put a sub. Really don't think 150wrms is enought to drive a sub. Better drive my HD-6 with 150wrms on each side.
JL audio 300/4 amp.

Which one would you choose !?

Alpine IVA W205:
+ Work great under winter temp.
+ play dvds
+ Dvd navigation is portable and can be found for around 200-250$. great when I go to NY
+ pulse touch
+ 6.5 big screen
+ Ipod integration is well-done
- Can be found used for approx. 250-400 depending on the accessories.
- 2v preout
- 3 band EQ
- the colors of the screen seems less LIVE/HD style than the new pioneer

AVH-P3200DVD:
+ Every slot are there ( cd,usb, flashdrive) so you don't have to play with motorize parts that could eventually broke( just like p780mp did). less acces. to buy too.
+ 8 band EQ
+4v preout
+ DVD playback look nice because of the quality of the screen
+ brand new at 320$
- Dvd navigation is around 250-300$ but it's not portable.
- smaller screen of 5.8 but does that .7 really makes a difference?

Since it's a brand new unit, there's not a lot of feedback, does it work as good as the alpine under winter condition?

At the end, which one would you choose and why?
