anyone know where I can find one of these amps? Theyve been discontinued so im having a tough time locating one. Otherwise im gonna end up getting the pdx1.1000, but i really dont wanna dish out that much cash. Its going to power 2 kicker cvr 10's with dual 2ohm voice coils.

 

Try Ebay, They have the whole V12 Line up, its where i found my mrd m605

 

they have plenty of 605's, thats wat i just sold. i cant find a 1005 anywhere.

 

Alpine dont make the MRD anymore, so youre best bet is ebay, if not you can go with the MRP-M1000, same rating.

 

Alpines 2008 line-up has a 500, 1000, &2000

 

the mrp seems to be a lower model than the older mrd-m1005. Im currently looking at the pdx-1.1000.

will that be overkill for 2 kicker cvr 10 subs? I heard they can handle more than the rated 400watts rms
