i have never had this problme before, i don't think i have any wire's close to it. my battery is on the other side of the engine compartment. My speaker wire's are a fare distance from it. My ground for the deck is in the back. my power turn on wire is a good distance from it to. i'm not sure what would be casueing it. by chance could the engine be causeing this?
jsut to not, i have not changed any thing under the hood except for the battery(it's the same as the last one and in the same location) i'm still asking noob quetions and i'm a golden toque

Check your grounds. Metal to metal contacts only. Try to use one ground point for multiple components if possible, helps to eliminate ground loops. Make sure your signal wire is away from any heavy gauge wire. See if your RCA's signal ground is shorted to chassis ground.
Also, try unplugging your RCA from the back of your deck - if the noise stops then you can conclude that the amps are working fine and the problem is in the RCA's or the deck. Helps to narrow down the issue.
