i have 2xGZRW 30SPL Subs and i amm looking for a mono to run both of the subs 2000wrms @ 2ohms/.5ohms or 2 mono's doing 1000wrms each @ 2ohms/4ohms

The rockford and discus would be my choice of the 2. Out of those 2 the mb quart discus would be my choice. The autotek mm1500 would have been my other choice but it will not have quite as much output as the others for a single board. If you want something to run them individually at 2 ohm or 4 ohm look at jbl, alpine, even other rockford fosgate amps.
