Which Amp should i use?

i had a mtx tc8001 running till it blew for some reason...now i want a amp that will FULLY feed my 2 12" MXS 1204 (400rms each) ive been looking for an amp that will feed them both at 400 each so a 800 watt rms amp. i will be wiring at 1 ohm ofcourse.

i was thinking of this kenwood and just turning the gain down.

Kenwood KAC-9104D

let me know if you have any other ideas.

Kenwood amps claim 1ohm stable, but I know they dont. I am an installer and we have their lineup, they will not holdout at 1 ohm.

If those are the SVC 4ohm subs you will be fine running them off the Kenwood....begs the question why the MTX blew up but that's another thread....
