I was jus wondering if I could get away with getting an 8ga amp wiring kit from ebay, or should i just stay away because the quality might not be good?

(reason I ask about ebay is because I'm tryin to save some money)

If ebay is a good place to get em, what brands are good? (i see alot of Stinger)

What is the difference between the different gauges of wire (ie. 4ga vs. 8ga)

Also, on the amp kit it says 300watt, does that mean the max power my amp puts out? I'm so lost please help!
