Amplified Question
#1
This might sound dumb to most, but Im still kinda new at this. I have decided to get second amp for my car speakers, Now I currently have my sub's amp hooked to the rear channel and my speakers are all powered off the deck. if I were to get a 4 channel amp for front, it wouldnt sound right to hook the back 6x9s to that amp alon with the fronts right, if I want the back speakers on an amp they would have to be on their own on the rear channel? And if thats the case, can I hook two amps to the rear channel ?

First - why would the rears sound funny off the front RCA channels? Music is stereo, not quadraphonic, so the left rear and the left front get the same information..
Second - buy a 4channel amp that has a set of summed outputs. This way you can hook up the 4ch to the front and rear RCAs and use the output to your sub amp. The advantage is you retain fading capability without altering bass output.
