another little question =D

question 1:

this one is about ohm effect on sound. i know that ohm is resistance, like how the amp 'shoots' power to your speaker(s). lower ohm = high power and higher ohm = lower power. so there's something I was thinking and dont know the answer

ill try to state this as clearly as i can

lets say i have 2 identical speakers but one has 2ohm and the other has 4 ohms. lets also say that they're both plugged the same way.

-so if i set my HU volume to 20 and turn on speaker no.1(2ohm)
-turn it off
-turn speaker no.2 on (4ohm)

1-does speaker no.1 at vol.20 sound as loud as speaker no.2 at vol(+/-) 40?
2-is there a quality sound difference between the speakers?(distortion, etc)
3- winch one is better(overall) i they are both 80w RMS and my amp produce 60w RMS/channel?

question 2:

i listen rap music and like it LOUD.

my amp is rated: (4 channel amp)
70W × 4 / 1.0% (at 2 ohms), 60W × 4 / 1.0% (at 4 ohms)

my speakers are 80RMW/4ohm each

what is the best wiring for optimal loud music?

normal (+ in + and - in -)
parallel
serie

1) No. The 2ohm speaker will usually sound louder than the 4ohm one.
2) The speakers, if identical other than the impedance of the coils, will not sound different. Technically you amp at 2ohms does have decreased SQ performance than at 4ohms but you'd never hear it.
3) Neither. They are just different.

If you can find 2ohm component or coaxials, then they should return more overall volume than the same identical drivers in 4ohm.
