another sirius issue

hey guys, been having lots of fun with them lately, ill cut to the chase, had a radio come back saying it was staticy, figured it was just the Fm transmission from the radio to the stock H/U so i gave him the fm antenna booster (seems to never work) now hes getting interference when the wipers go back and fourth so i figure ive got a bad ground and some interference from the motors and electronics in the engine bay, i bypass the engine bay and re-route the antenna, ground the radio to the batt just go make sure, still intereference, so my question other then the obvious fact that the new sirus have had their fm transmitting strengh lowerd by the fcc so theres more porblems with reception quality, does anyone have any ideas as to what i could try fro this customer? and others with similar problems...an aux cord or an FM modulator would bypass this problem so the power and ground shouldtnt be an issue....im thinkin this guys SOL unless he goes with the aux cord or as i said an FM modulator? sorry for long post these things are just frusterating me....thanks for any replys in advance
