Anyone remember these Fosgate Power mids from the 90's?
DUKK or any of the guys here that know old school gear, do you remember these Power mids? I found t/s parameters for them, considering building fully sealed pods for my doors for these. Any opinions on this, or should I just run them using the interior of the door as the enclosure?: Borrowed photos:

Sold a few sets back in the day. The Audiophiles were a little smoother but these took the power. I built a 300zx for a customer with these in the doors and waveguides under the dash (and 4 Power 10s in a bandpass in the hatch) and it sounded decent.
See what the TS say but I would probably try them free air in the door first.

I had a pair of these in an 87 Jetta back in the day, along with a pair of 2 way 3.5" and 2 power 12's in a bandpass. Poor trunk lid.
It sounded good at the time. I still had them a year ago and recently installed them in a civic. However I sold them and purchase a pair of JL Audio 5.25 and they sound way smoother. But they can't handle the power quite the same. But I'm getting old and don't drive everywhere with the volume -2 from wide open anymore. Could be that the 20 year old cones weren't structurally as sound as they once were. idk.
