That IS the best part. Running 160 lbs just for bare subs is just inhumane.

 

Finally heard a 12" Fi Q in person. We ordered one from Fi with b/p option and today we installed it in my friend's 4Runner. 1.5 cubes sealed box on Sundown Audio 1500D at 1 ohm. We used 80hz/24db LPF and 30hz/24db subsonic filter. Broke it in for about an hour with some bassy tunes. Q does sound incredibly clean and can take some punishment with ease and SPL levels are very respectable, enough to satisfy a basshead with this set-up. Loving it!!!
