Can anyone give me their experiences/feedback with this unit? I know is kinda new - I'm curious because the price isn't to bad (compared to other units) and I don't need navigation either. I saw it at Best Buy for $999.99 pls tax. I'm open to other recommendations/suggestions. (I can't mount a DVD on the roof of my Cherokee there isnt enought room because of the sunroof.)

I've played around with it at a local best buy. It seems ok I guess. Although, if you're looking to spend roughly that amount, you can find a Pioneer 6600dvd for that price online (Around 1150) which has a touchscreen, 3 pre outs, a better looking interface...etc.

its actually not a bad looking screen. I cant attest to the pre out portion of it though. but in terms of pic quality in the screen it looks pretty good..

What about the actual audio capabilities, other than 5.1 sound (video) ie. how good are the crossover capabilites, etc, etc.......?? How would it compare to my current deck (Pioneer DEH-MP8)??
