winter= send a duct heat to the trunk to help warm up the trunk = problem solve.. OR get a wagon type of car or hatch and u can have AC and heat in the trunk problem solved again and if u have condensation in ur vehicle.. well its time to check for wholes in ur vehicle or get a new car... oohh and make sure ur dry when u enter the vehicle and ur boots are dry too. that helps alot. another thing that can add condensation would be bad door seals.. when its humid out or foggy it just invites that moisture in..

new car it is for me :P but not everyone can tho...

and i have a "wagon" type car and i have NOOO issues with my subs or speakers or my tweets on the dash due to heat or cold.

I guess this is part weather and part vehicle related, since minivans have the rear pushout windows.
When its raining and our bass is turned up, the rear windows on the van flex and create a small gap for the rain to run in and down behind the plastic covering the wheelwell etc.. Which is where we have dist. blocks and the 2nd battery. We haven't had a "problem" yet, but finding your 2nd battery in a small puddle of water is a little worrysome.

Haven't found a solution yet, just can't turn it up when its pouring...we tried driving real fast, didn't work j/k

gotta agree with veeman

i have t2s that are metal and have a shine that just absorbs the sun since they're facing up, no problems, thats the excuse you get when you buy from people that know nothing about what they're selling, never buy from future shop/best buy, any store where they don't specialize in car audio. my buddy didn't wanna wait for me to do his system so he went to best buy, got back with only one of the 2 subs hooked up just because the idiot hooked one up and saw them both moving so assumed they were connected inside, if you have no divider, one pushes/ pulls the other.

I'd love to meet you to tell me that again, face to face. Or maybe someone like Shon http://www.canadiancaraudio.com/onli...s-install.html, or Jeff http://www.canadiancaraudio.com/onli...th-2010-a.html would like to hear you say something like that. I appologise to the people who I've named and if they are uncomfortable with it, I will edit this post. There are many more here I know I haven't mentioned, so I'm not hatin' on you guys it's simply that those were the first two names to come to mind. These two people do much more for the industry IN the big box stores than this punk ever has. Just because one person gets a install we're all bad... Ingorance is bliss, I suppose

You clearly just blew up any chance of looking intelligent about this subject. Wanna risk Abdul? WTF does race have to do with it you stupid fukk? If it's not race, than who gives a $#!t what the installer's name is?? I only want Matthews to install my car audio..... And when did I suggest the gear in the stores are top level? What does the gear have to do with it?? We're talking about INSTALL. FAIL

I don't care what you do, because if this is any indication of who you are or what your mental capacity is, I wouldn't want you to install the holding brackets for handhelds in any vehicle, let alone anything else. You also have no idea about what I do, so take your keyboard commando gloves off and say something with substance
