To the OP: I've been into car audio for almost 20 years and I've never seen any gear fail because of extreme cold. Just take it easy on the volume until things warm up a bit.

nothing will happen. leave it in the car.

i've had my subwoofer cones turned into pots one day when i left the box outside and spincklers came on. they sat with water in them for hours. nothing happened at all.

My car is terrible too... My amp was full of water..

So i remove them before winter..

But I'm due for a new cars now!!
