i hear alot of pepole in this car audio industry say that this is a bad year for sales. is this true. if so by what percent is the industry down from last year and why?

we are up over 40% over last year and I personally am up 110% over previous year. It was an awesome industry year. Alot of shops supported the industry with putting on many fun shows.

Mike Bisson & James (Westec) put forth alot of time and effort for the DBDrag and USACi shows this past season. Thanks for all the hard work guys. I think that helped the industry alot. I know locally about 15 people that are now "bitten" by the competition bug and eagerly anticipating next season.

Hats off to Dave (Defro) for hosting probably THE MOST fun show of the year. It was a baaad sunburn for me, a cooked coil and alot of driving over a 36 hour period but it was still worth showing up and having a blast. Definately hope there is a 2nd annual in the works. I am all up for that. Best of luck to ya Dave in KC.
