which one is good?

Rockford Fosgate P312D4 12" or MTX MXS1204 12"

MTX MXA8001 Class D 1-Channe or Rockford Fosgate Punch P6001BD 1-Channel

I would go for Rockford. I have heard a single RF 12" and swore that there were 2 subs in the back.
