Best place to set crossover on sub for SQ and sub amp recommendations?
I just got my 12" Infinity Kappa Perfect 12.1 dual 4 ohm sub and I'm gonna install it in a 1cf sealed box in 2 weeks when I get the amp for it.
I've been thinking about putting a memphis 600wx1 rms at 2 ohms amp on it which I can get on ebay for 350 after shipping. But, I am open to suggestions on amps that are comparable that will throw a clean 600Wx1 rms at 2 ohms for less than 350 after shipping.
I've heard 80hz and down is really good, but would 100hz and down be better to set the sub crossover at for sound quality?
I will be installing some 6.5" components in front and am thinking about either Adire Koda's because I hear they have great midbass, CDT HD-53 or 63 braxials, or Focal 165v2's.
Thanks for any replies.

For an SQ setup it is generally desirable to set the crossover for your midbass first, as low as they will tolerate, and then set your woofer in the same area. Then listen and judge how well the woofer blends with the midbass - you may need to dial in a little overlap or a gap.
In the last couple of cars I tuned up this was in the 60-70hz region.
