Best cheap brand you have ever used
I have to admit that I still love the old pyramid booster with the pin led spectrum analyzer. That was my first...they say you never forget your first. Also, had a cool MEI booster with a wicked bar type spectrum that I loved a lot. ahh...the good old days...I still don't think i've ever had as much fun!
Visionik has served my friends very well, have hooked up quite a bit of it from gool ole xs cargo and they all perform well..
I remember those old Jensens in the bandbass box with the hands on em. they smacked up a pair of MTX 3500 like their was no tomorrow.

For me it was HiComp 4 channel amps ("high end" Audiovox). Never gave me a day of trouble. They were replaced with an Orion 425HCCA that promptly blew two power supplies! (Granted it was a whole heck of a lot louder.)

Power Acoustic - I have one of there Fire and Ice amps which is labelled 1600 watts..
I bought it unworking from a pawn shop for 25 bucks, traced out a few bad solder joint's, touched up all other questionable joints, has worked great for 2 years now.. I use it strickly for a subwoofer amp, and currently run it at 3ohm per channel.. an estimated 300-350 watts per side.

Jensen, I've always been impressed with the level of performance for the buck. I've had two "big blue" Jensen amps over the years, and they've always been indestructable. I've literally (Im not joking) never been able to devise a way to fry the frickin thing, except maybe, hook it up to 120 volts AC. But asides from that, it was indestructable. even with 5 subs coming from one channel what would that be... 0.5 ohms??!!!, its just took the abuse day and night. Since then, I bought another one just for the hell of it, which IM selling in the For sale section to raise funds for the Tsumumi relief fund.
