uhm...... I just reread the first post.

I though he meant to fill a speaker wire hole. Now I see it had a terminal duh..

Anyways... you could get a 3" X 3" X 1/8" thick aluminum plate and pre drill 4 or more holes then use a seal on the edge of the hole and the edge of the plate, then screw this plate on the inside of the box. now cut a approx 2" round 3/4 mdf plug and glue that in with 5 min epoxy. and sand it flush.
