which is better?

i am having a bit of a dilemna between picking a cd player for my car. i have come to 2 decisions. my first one is kenwood kdcmp-4032 and the other deck is a PANASONIC MXE CQ-C5401U. i like the kenwood cuz of the style and the fact that it has 3 preouts with a 4 volt preout level but then i like the panasonic has 3 preouts also but with a 5 volt preout level. let me know what you guys think would be a better deck.

im not a big kenwood fan,but are you planning on running whatever that 3rd speaker channel is...center or whatever.
most decks do have seperate speaker bass control's
usually will chang the bass of the sub aswell if your deck does not have a sub control.

what are you looking to run off your deck most decks do the same thing...i would prefer the panasonic CQ-C5401U, but i know alpines are very good aswell....

if it is just for a daily driver imo buy the one that you can afford the most.
