Big 3 Question

I searched but didn't really come up with much. I've said previously I was planning on doing the "Big 3" grounding upgrade. Well, I found 20 feet of Scoshe brand 5 Guage Power wire for sale locally. It can be had for cheap, so can I use this 5 guage to do the upgrade, or do I need to drop down to 4 guage or 0 guage?

you would be better off using something 2 gauge or bigger imo. my acura had something around 4 gauge stock, so smaller than that wouldn't do much.

edit: actually, now that i think about it, it was around 8 gauge stock, but bigger is still better, lol.

i guess it would depend on the system but i can say 5 guage would be a whole lot better than factory.

True, and I could probably get 20 feet for less than 15 bucks. At a local shop who knows how much 0 guage would cost. There's no specialty shops down here, so any stores that do sell the 0 guage rape you on price.
