Ok. I don't know if it is really birds, or what, but when I get the bass going loud, I hear chirping. Whether its from the Amp, the Subs, the Trunk, or anything else I have NO CLUE.

I'm actually coming no where near the subs power potention, so I am ruling out any problems with over-powering.

Sounds like a short, shot of nails on the chalkboard.

It's not the box, or a short or anything like that. The sound is actually coming out of your engine, son. The hamsters are complaining and are about to go on strike! You better take control of the situation right away and take care of your hamsters.

From what you are diccribing it sounds like a box leak to me. Go over it very carefully and I'm sure you can find it. If not take the sub out of the box an run it free-air (watch the volume though). See if its the sub making the noise.

I feed the hampsters well. They should not complain or else I will have my cat sit guard.

No ports, its a 100% Sealed box, and if I remember I think the subs have a rubber sealant where they are screwed in.

I thought it was maybe the vibrations causing a shift of something inside my trunk, because it only does it when the whole thing is closed in the car. It comes from the trunk so my deductive reasoning was that is had to be either the subs, or maybe the fan on my amp rattling, which it isn't, because I just re-greased it. I'll re-check the seals on the box and subs.
