I dropped my tweeter out of the component set I bought and it broke. I am wondering if I can just buy the tweeter somewhere. I tried google but no luck. Any help would be great. This sucks. I don't wan't to have to buy the whole package again for one stupid mistake.

 

if its the ring radiator style one it seems to be the same as the vifa that u can find on solen.ca.. alpine since the F1 speakers seem to take alot of stuff off of tymphany witch makes the LAT, peerless, vifa, scan speak. .. but alpine mods stuff a little bit obviously to make it theyre own type a thing


Solen Electronique Inc. sux to see that alpine has a type r comp for 200$ + and the tweet is under 20$ lmao

 

I ended up just gluing the back of it together. Seems to be ok but it doesn't swivel as well. I'll live with it I guess. Thanks for the website. There is alot of stuff on there.

 

right on... as long as it works too eh. that site is nice for a diy system.. lots of choices. especialy in the tweet department.
