Build a sound system for me
For Christmas I was given a 500 dollar limit for whatever audio product I want for my 2012 Toyota Tacoma. I've already spent 130 on the radio I want. Don't have much knowledge on sound systems but I want the best sound possible so I need advice on what I should purchase and what everyone else would do. I know what everything does but don't know which products I should prioritize and what I should get for my budget. Don't necessarily want subs either I like bass but with my budget I feel like it would be kinda pointless and only drown out and distort the actual music. Thanks for any advice. Would love for someone to tell me exactly what to get

Click on this link: Powered Subwoofers at Crutchfield.ca Buy either the MTX or Infinity BassLink. For fronts just buy one pair from Wal-Mart (or Canadian Tire if you're in Canada) and just re-connect them with the OEM (factory) factory wires. Cheers!

I would replace the stock speakers with something like: Alpine SPS coxaial's or something along those lines of quality & price. You can get the 6.5's and 6x9's both for under $150 online.
Just be sure to get a decent 50 x 4 RMS amp for the speakers. They'll sound ten times better. Alpine has the MRV-F300 for under $150 online.
That's under $300. Not bad...
