Can anyone build me a system ?

I just sold my Kickers and Hifonics amp including box for 1500$.

So now i need new subs + amp and enclosure.

Im thinking of going around 2000 RMS

Lemme know what you guys have because car audio is addictive and if i dont have system for time i start to lose it lol

Thanks

Fi SSD Subs in a ported enclosure.
Sundown SAZ-1500D Amp.

Probably could be had in that price range.

I have a pair of BTL.15 subs, and I'm saving up to get a pair Sundown SAZ-3000D's
For my front stage I'm most likely going Hybrid-Audio with a pair of Sundown SAX-100.4d's

DD3512 dual 2 ohm and a Macrom M1A1500D. Have the box built locally. DD has a very good box building section for their subs. They will deliver a great amount of output if you pay attention to the box. All things being equal the difference in output between 1000w and 2000w is about 3 db, a slightly noticeable difference to your ears as being louder. To go from 1500w rms to 2000w rms, you would probably not even hear it. You will gain more from box design than you ever will from throwing a little more power at it. As Yuli has mentioned before, system design and tuning are highly important.

By the way to let people know this is a new setup not that old one.

I want something that would beat my Kickers in bass , something that gets louder and i know the sub isn't everything but i need something with good quality. Ok so im happy with 1500 RMS , because i dont know but you guys know way more then i do. I'll check those DD subs and let you know soon.

DDAudio Digital Designs Speakers Made in the USA for more info. I will not sit in a vehicle that uses these subs. They are 1200w rms for power handling so you have lots of room should you ever want to upgrade to larger amplifiers.

you can start by getting a good battery and upgrade your electrical wires. alternator to battery positive, engine to frame ground, battery to frame ground.

also, because it's a trunk car, pretty much anything will sound the same. the only way you can get louder in bass is with a very good box and lots of power.

I agree, it would be different if it was a hatchback because then the sounds waves wouldnt need to pass through the firewall and/or back seats and you would be able to notice the difference in tones.

Also if I remember correctly you had 2 Kicker L7's which are pretty decent and comparable to other high power subs. Why would you sell them and then turn around looking for a similar setup? just doesnt make much sense to me.

The box for the L7's was taking up too much space plus i was getting good money for the system so i said why not. I couldn't even put 2 baseball bats in the trunk because there wasn't any room.

Another thing was they weren't too loud for me , but what MR2NR recommended is good , subs that could take enough power so in the future i only have to upgrade my amp. I am going to improve the electrical of the car .

And i was also thinking of buying this amp Memphis 16-MC1.2500 .
