LOL i know , last time I did the same with the Crunch GP2500D amp and premier Sub. I bought it for 500$ including box and sold it for 750$. The guys thought the amp was 2500x1 ohm. Eventually he found out giving me a call saying that the amp is not working i said what are u talking about what amp. Because there was no proof of sale . But it still wasnt a bad deal i threw in an extra Pioneer 307D 12" .
I was lucky this time too. LOL . People have ripped me off so many times so i said to myself , this is payback time. LOL

The box for the L7's was taking up too much space plus i was getting good money for the system so i said why not. I couldn't even put 2 baseball bats in the trunk because there wasn't any room.
Another thing was they weren't too loud for me , but what MR2NR recommended is good , subs that could take enough power so in the future i only have to upgrade my amp. I am going to improve the electrical of the car .
And i was also thinking of buying this amp Memphis 16-MC1.2500 .

You should see the box he built , my cars trunk is pretty big but the box is too big. He made it too big . my trunk is big as a crown Victoria lol

looking at pics online a M5 trunk is very similar to the trunk of my Epica.I just grabbed these off the net, as I have a big box in my trunk:
BMW 07 M5
04 Epica
So I would say that the box wasnt too big, rather it was the size it needed to be for SPL, because the Dual Kicker L7 box takes up about 75% of my trunk.

if I didnt need some of my trunk I would of gone with a custom box but the Kicker prefab is big enough and sounds good.

I just sold my Kickers and Hifonics amp including box for 1500$.
So now i need new subs + amp and enclosure.
Im thinking of going around 2000 RMS
Lemme know what you guys have because car audio is addictive and if i dont have system for time i start to lose it lol

Haha, I was thinking emailing "the guy" about the amp since I was wondering if it would be parted out ...
