CAN BUS Interfaces
Just got a 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee can I use the can bus interfaces out of my 2007 Dodge Nitro that I traded in.Will I keep the steering wheel controls
and the info messaging systemin the front of the steering wheel
This is the part # xsvi6522 for the can bus interfaces

cross reference the interface number with the manufactures part number list.
Look up the Cherokee and see if the part number for it matches the part number for the one you own.
It should work, from what I've seen ,the stereo, controls ect, are electronically the same in most Chrysler vehicles from 2007 till now.
