Im pretty new to car audio. I have a 15" Legacy Saphire edition sub that i got pretty cheap. A couple months of use, and it stops working. Some people tell me that the voice coil blew? I know its not the silicon or whatever, thats in good shape. Does anyone know if it could be fixed for cheap??

Thanks

For the price it would cost to get it re-coned, I'd rather get a newer, better sub Like something not made by Legacy

If the voice coil has indeed fried then that particular sub is not worth getting reconed.
