It's pretty hard to say what the problem is without seeing the woofers but I'll guess that you may have a faulty voicecoil. You had mentioned you had slightly over 2 ohms when reading the terminals which yes that's fine but there is obviously more going on. Take the woofers out of the enclosure and physically see them and test the impedance at the leads. It could be a faulty tinsel lead.

I'll be checking the subs this weekend most likely and will post on here. Is there anything wrong with slightly over 2 ohms? Say 2.3 ohms?

When I get my speakers fixed, what can I do to try and get more bass out of my system?

I'd suggest getting better woofers (ones that will take more power) and either build or get someone to build a custom box tuned to the music styles you listen to. Your amp is descent but depending on how much more bass you want you may have to get yourself an amp that puts out more power as well.

The bass is solid where I'm at now but a bit more would be nice. My subs are 300 RMS where my amp is 750 RMS at 2 ohms and 375 at 4 ohms. At 2 ohms, my subs are overpowered which tells me what you said. My amp has enough juice to power subs with more RMS then mine. Would the current box that I have my subwoofer in be able to be used with 2 other subwoofer speakers if I were to get new at the same 12" size as my current ones? I know e box dimensions can change things also but just wondering your thoughts. I could potentially make a fiberglass Box if I had a good idea of what the dimensions should be.

You will need woofers that would work in the required airspace as what your enclosure has. I'd suggest to see what the volume is of your enclosure and use that as reference when purchasing new woofers.

Sounds like a plan. I'll measure the box and determine the volume and look for new woofers. May sell my box and make fiberglass. Not sure how i want to do it yet.

Hooked old subs up and they hit way harder then mine. They were from a family member. There 2 12" phoenix golds in an enclosed box. Damn do they sound much better then my 2 12" kickers. Wtf could make that much difference? The kickers were just sloppy compared to these. The PG's are about 13 years old as well.

There are many factors when it comes to bass output, subs, enclosure type, power, voltage, current, the list goes on.
