don't worry my friend, i have this problem all the time, but mostly when i listen to scratched cds that i find in the gutter. anyway, just let about half the air out of your tires. the cushion effect will take control and your deck will play beautifully. plus you have to go a bit slower (otherwise the car shakes uncontrollably) so that means more time to listen to audiostuffs.
