so i just installed my two 2008 15' kicker l7's powered by a zx2500.1 and when it comes to a high bass note my cd player (alpine cda-7897) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y5dHLmmtsds (not my video and my deck doesnt eff up like his.) anyways my cd player will skip on high bass notes almost all of the time... perfect example is the high bass note on hypnotize from young jeezy. skip skip skip. is there anything i can do to make this go away other than turning the bass downÉ or maybe i could just turn down the crossover frequency but then im missing out on bass notesÉ i would just like some advice if any. thanks guys

nevermind.. i just turned down the x-over frequency and its all fixed..
